What’s in the box?
You’ll receive 8-10 spa beauty items with 3-4 items recurring every month that change flavour/variation. The random surprise items will be (skincare, accessories and more) and a mix of samples and full-size products in every box.  The box is valued at $80-$100 including shipping.
What is the cut-off date for buying this month's box?
You have until the 15th of every month since we ship on that day.
Example: You buy your box at 2 am on October 15th, you will be receiving the November box (shipped on the first Monday after the 15th of that month) because it was past the cut-off time for the October box.
Where can I order more of the products from my Box of Harmony?
At the moment the items in the Box of Harmony will be exclusive to the box.
Will I be getting any of the same products if I buy multiple months?
We guarantee that you will never receive the same product sample twice within a 12 month period, although in some cases you may receive a different flavour/variation.
Can I buy just one box?
Our boxes are only available as a subscription. However,  you can skip months, change delivery frequency or cancel anytime.
When will I get my box?
The box ships around the 15th of every month. It can take 2-7 business days for the box to arrive.
When will I be billed?
Our monthly subscriptions are billed once a month on the same day every month (the day that you signed-up). The 3 and 6 month memberships are pre-paid and do not renew automatically.
Why didn't I get the same items as everyone else?
Our boxes can all be different, just like a surprise loot bag. Other than the 3-4 recurring items every month that change flavor and variation. The rest of the items will be completely random.
How do I pause or stop my monthly subscription?
When you originally signed up for your monthly subscription of Box of Harmony, you were sent a confirmation e-mail containing a link where you could go to cancel/manage your subscription. You can of course also e-mail us at support@boxofharmony.com at any time and we’ll be happy to help but very sad to see you go.

Shipping

When will my box be shipped?

We ship each month's box on the 15th of that month and boxes take within 2-7 business days to arrive.

How long will it take to get my Box of Harmony?

Canada Posts' Expedited Parcel service ships in 1-3 days to all major Canadian cities and 2-7 days to outlying areas.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address by mistake and my box was sent back to you?

Shipping to you is FREE! If there is a problem and you wish to ship your package back it will be the customer's responsibility for the cost.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

Our system allows you to manage your own subscriptions, but if you need to change the address on your order please contact us at support@boxofharmony.com to make sure that the change has been made properly.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returned boxes. If a box is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the shipping costs both ways. If you have any problems please e-mail us at support@boxofharmony.com.

My box was returned to you. How can I get it shipped back?

Please contact us at support@boxofharmony.com so we can look into this. If the box was shipped back to us because you didn't go pick it up at the post office of because it was refused at the time of delivery, you will have to pay the shipping fees for us to send it back to you!

My tracking number says that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

If Canada Post confirms that a package has been delivered, it's because somebody has received it. Please call your local Canada Post office to verify what happened with your package. At this point, it is out of our hands and we are no longer responsible.
